Return and exchange policy

At Bhakti Crafts, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, depending on our store’s set policy.

Condition of the Product:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage due to misuse may not be eligible for return or may incur additional charges.
  • Video proof of unboxing is required for any claim on refund, return, or replacement.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required to process all returns or exchanges.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
  • Any product with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection on Delivery:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Reporting Damage:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product has arrived damaged or defective.
  • Include photographs, video proof, and a clear description of the damage or defect for faster processing.

Resolutions:
If your item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will redeliver either replace or exchange product within 7-14 working days, repair, or offer a full refund depending on the issue and stock availability.


4. Return & Exchange Process

Authorization:
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on shipping the item back or arranging for pickup (when available).

Shipping the Item:

  • Pack the product securely to avoid further damage.
  • You may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Inspection & Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm if it meets our return criteria and notify you via email or phone.
  • Repaired products will be processed within 7 days after receipt.
  • Repaired products will be delivered within 7–12 days across India.

Delivery Time for Replacements:
Exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 5–8 days.


5. Refunds & Processing Time

Refund Method:
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, UPI, etc.), unless otherwise requested.

Processing Time:
Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account.

Partial Refunds:
In cases where items are returned in a condition different from the one shipped (e.g., missing parts, signs of use), only a partial refund may be granted.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different variant or if you received a defective/damaged item, please contact us with the details.
  • ₹1800 will be charged if a new product replacement is required (courier charge extra).
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will process the exchange, subject to availability.

7. Warranty & Repairs

2-Year Warranty:
Our Automatic Electric Aarti Machines come with a 2-year warranty on repairs.

Replacement Option:
Within the warranty period, you may opt for a full machine replacement for a nominal charge of ₹1800, plus applicable courier costs.

Courier Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair or replacement unless otherwise specified.


8. Cancellations

Order Processing Time:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

Refunds for Cancellations:
Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 days.
