Refund Policy

At Bhakti Crafts, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for orders returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy conditions.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Video proof of unboxing is required to validate any claim for refund due to damage, defect, or missing items.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is mandatory.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Refund Process

  2. Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will guide you on returning the product.
  3. Inspection: After receiving the item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund.
  4. Processing: If approved, your refund will be initiated via your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

4. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be credit within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • Parts are missing not due to our error.
  • The request is made beyond the 7-day return window but still approved under special consideration.

6. Refunds for Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order will be treated under our return policy.
